- We can not guarantee a time in which your purchase will arrive. Purchases usually take 2 - 4 days to process and deliver to the buyers address.
• Which courier company do you use?
- NZ Couriers.
• What happens if im out and the courier arrives?
- If you are not home upon delivery the courier will take the package back to their depot. However the buyer can request to pass on delivery instructions to the courier
i.e. If not home put package through cat-door, etc.
• Do you provide tax invoices for GST purposes?
- Yes we do. These are sent out usually with or seperate to the goods.
• Can I pick up my order from the rotorua Gas and Plumbing store?
- Yes, you can pick-up your order from our store however it would be best to call us first to ensure our suppliers have shipped the goods to us.

- No, we do not.

- Yes, you can check your order status simply by logging in to your account. Additionally we send you an email for every time your order status changes.

- Once you have created a user account and logged in you will then be able to create a shopping cart. Every item you buy is put into the shopping cart.
Once you have all the desired items in the cart you can then click continue. You will have to confirm your delivery information as well as your payment
